We are a small but dynamic group of professionals with varied backgrounds and diversified skills. More importantly we are a Family Business. The original company was started over 27 years ago and reorganized in the fall of 1994 as Roy Group, Realtors at Nixa, Missouri.
Our real estate activities and experiences span several generations and types of real estate operations as follows: Land & Cattle Businesses, Property Management, Residential Sales-Marketing, Recreation Properties, Real Estate Franchises (Better Homes & Gardens/GMAC), Subdivision Analysis (seven suburban developments since 1994), International Experience (Mexico), and Construction (residential-commercial) projects. We are currently working on a 90 lot residential project near Springfield and Branson that will be fully integrated when construction commences in 2008.
